KTEL CHANIA - RETHYMNO S.A., through its website, provides the option to purchase tickets by credit, debit, and prepaid cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, and American Express, through the secure environment of Alpha Bank. In addition, passengers may purchase tickets from the company’s ticket offices using credit cards. However, credit card payments for ticket purchases on board the bus are NOT available.
TRANSACTION SECURITY
Credit card transactions are carried out electronically in real time between the buyer/cardholder and Alpha Bank, which processes the transaction on behalf of KTEL CHANIA - RETHYMNO S.A. under the agreement maintained between the two companies.
Throughout the transaction process, KTEL CHANIA - RETHYMNO S.A. has no involvement and never receives any credit card details. KTEL CHANIA - RETHYMNO S.A. only confirms to the bank the value of the transaction and nothing more.
